Vendor Contract

The Vendor agreement is made and entered into as of the effective date signed below. Walk with Autism, Ltd. is hosting a "Walk with Autism" event and Vendor desires to sell product and/or services at the event. In consideration of Vendor participation in the event, Walk with Autism, Ltd. shall provide the vendor with benefits as outlined and agreed to below:

  • For its participation in this event, Vendor agrees to pay the booth fee of $30. The fee is payable to Walk with Autism, Ltd., and due on the date of signing. Electronic payment will need to be submitted via our Vendor Application page. Other payment arrangements can be made by contacting Walk with Autism, Ltd. One hundred percent of booth space fee will be given to our local school district and resource centers.

  • Copies of Vendor proof of insurance, business license and food handlers' permit (if applicable) will be submitted to Walk with Autism 90 days prior to event date.

  • Walk with Autism, Ltd., agrees to provide Vendor space to conduct business at the campus of Rocky Vista University. Space will be selected  prior to the event. Set-up will begin at 8 AM. Vendor will be responsible for all items related to set-up, including but not limited to, 10’x10’ canopy tent, tables, tablecloths, signage and product. Vendor agrees to remain open for the duration of the event. 

  • Walk with Autism agrees to communicate consistently with Vendor throughout the event planning process. 

  • Walk with Autism, Ltd., shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to property of Vendor, its employees, agents, contractors nor assigns for any personal injury to Vendor’s officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and/or invitees except to the extent any such claims may be directly and solely attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of  Walk with Autism. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Walk with Autism's liability for any claim against Walk with Autism shall be limited to the funds available in its own bank account at the time of the claim. 

  • Refunds will not be issued.
