The sponsorship  agreement is made and entered into as of the effective date signed below. Walk with Autism, Ltd. is hosting a "Walk with Autism" event and Sponsor desires to sponsor the event. In consideration of Sponsor's participation in the event, Walk with Autism, Ltd. shall provide the sponsor with benefits as outlined and agreed to below:

• For its participation as a Sponsor in the Event, Sponsor shall pay to Walk with Autism, Ltd. a fee of $500. The fee is payable to Walk with Autism, Ltd., and due on date of signing. Electronic payment will need to be submitted via our Sponsorship Application page. Other payment arrangements can be made by contacting Walk with Autism, Ltd. 

• Sponsor grants Walk with Autism the right to use Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, and logo designs and company descriptions as prepared and delivered to Walk with Autism by Sponsor, in any medium of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines. 

• 10' x 10' booth space is included in sponsorship package. Booth space is available to market and sell Sponsor's product or services. 

• Walk with Autism agrees to communicate consistently with Sponsor throughout the event planning process. 

• Walk with Autism, Ltd., shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to property of Sponsor, its employees, agents, contractors or assigns nor for any personal injury to Sponsor's officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and/or invitees except to the extent any such claims may be directly and solely attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of  Walk with Autism. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Walk with Autism's liability for any claim against Walk with Autism shall be limited to the funds available in its own bank account at the time of the claim. 

• Refunds will not be issued.
