Partnership & Sponsorship Agreement

Thank you for partnering with Walk with Autism. Your support helps us encourage acceptance and awareness, strengthen local resources, support individuals and families, and create inclusive opportunities throughout Southern Utah.

This agreement confirms the partnership or sponsorship selected below and outlines the commitments of both Walk with Autism and the participating organization.

Partnership Commitment

The organization agrees to provide the financial or in-kind support identified in this agreement.

Walk with Autism agrees to provide the recognition and partnership benefits associated with the selected partnership level or sponsorship opportunity, as outlined in the 2026–2027 Walk with Autism Sponsorship & Community Partnership Opportunities booklet.

Benefits may include website recognition, social media recognition, event recognition, logo placement, promotional opportunities, sponsor features, and other benefits associated with the selected level.

Walk with Autism will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all stated benefits. Specific placement, timing, and availability may vary based on event schedules, publication deadlines, space limitations, and other operational considerations.

Logo & Branding

The organization authorizes Walk with Autism to use its name and logo solely for the purpose of recognizing the organization's partnership or sponsorship with Walk with Autism.

The organization agrees to provide a current, high-resolution logo and any applicable brand guidelines needed for recognition materials.

Walk with Autism will use the organization's branding in a manner consistent with the selected partnership or sponsorship benefits.

Partner & Sponsor Recognition

Walk with Autism will provide recognition according to the selected partnership or sponsorship level. Recognition may include the organization's name, logo, and value-neutral identification of the organization's business or services.

Walk with Autism may determine the appropriate placement, size, timing, and format of recognition based on available space, event logistics, publication deadlines, and the nature of the sponsorship.

Program & Event Changes

Walk with Autism makes every effort to hold scheduled programs and events as planned. However, dates, locations, programming, or other event details may change because of circumstances outside the organization's control.

If a sponsored program or event is canceled, postponed, or significantly changed, Walk with Autism will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable recognition or redirect the sponsorship to another appropriate Walk with Autism program or initiative in consultation with the sponsor.

Tax Acknowledgment

Walk with Autism will provide appropriate written documentation acknowledging contributions in accordance with applicable requirements.

The organization understands that sponsorship payments may have different tax treatment depending on the nature of the payment and benefits provided. Walk with Autism does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and the sponsor is responsible for consulting its own tax or financial professional regarding the treatment of its payment.

Term & Termination

This agreement begins on the date it is signed and remains in effect through the partnership term identified above.

Either party may request to terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If termination occurs, Walk with Autism will make reasonable efforts to fulfill benefits already provided or incurred prior to termination. Any refund or remaining payment obligation will be determined based on the circumstances and obligations already incurred.

Agreement

By submitting payment and signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the terms of this Partnership & Sponsorship Agreement and the selected benefits outlined in the Walk with Autism 2026–2027 Sponsorship & Community Partnership Opportunities booklet.

The parties agree to work together in good faith to support the mission of Walk with Autism and create meaningful impact for individuals and families throughout Southern Utah.

Payment

Payment may be made by check, electronic payment, or another payment method approved by Walk with Autism.
